A year ago travel insurance policies from all providers were ill-equipped to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. But Allianz Travel's travel insurance has evolved to protect you from the risks of COVID-19, while providing all the cover and 24/7 Emergency Medical Assistance customers have come to expect from us.

We'll cover your medical costs if you fall ill with COVID-19 while overseas, provided the Singapore government has not advised against travel to your destination.

We'll also cover you if your trip is interrupted or delayed because you or a travelling companion falls ill with COVID-19.

We'll cover you for supervised sports activities such as trekking below 4,500m, snorkelling and diving to a depth of up to 20m, giving you the confidence to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Getting your important documents replaced can be expensive. But if your passport ID card or other key travel document is lost, damaged or stolen while you’re abroad, we'll cover the costs of replacement (Comprehensive Silver & Comprehensive Platinum policies only). Covered documents include national identity card, residence permit, driving licence, registration certificate, passport, boat licence, fishing and hunting licence.*

We’ll also cover the cost of replacing money that is lost or stolen.*

Sporting equipment can be very expensive to repair or replace. But with a Comprehensive Platinum policy you'll be covered against damage to, or loss/theft of your sporting equipment while abroad.*

With this in place, you'll be covered against a missed port of call; interruption caused by high/low water levels; cabin confinement; missing shore excursions; and being denied boarding. If you take out a policy then change your mind within 14 days (before trip start date), we’ll give you a full refund.
