Voice your concerns: Allianz Partners reporting channels

At Allianz Partners we are stronger together. We lean on our strong values and principles. We treat each other with respect, we act with integrity, are transparent and tell the truth.

We give the highest priority to compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations. When violations are detected at an early stage, appropriate actions can be taken to prevent or mitigate damages to customers, employees, business partners and the company itself.

If you have information about misconduct or violation of rules at Allianz Partners, you can report misconduct via our online reporting channel anonymously: Speak Up: Report Misconduct

It is useful for our investigations team if you provide your name and/or an e-mail address when submitting a report. This enables us to contact you in case we have any follow-up questions. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, however, we will respect your decision and your concern will still be investigated.

Allianz Partners does not tolerate retaliation in any form against anyone who submits a report in good faith. This remains the case even in cases where an investigation does not confirm the allegations made.

Your information will be treated confidentially. We take appropriate steps to make careful use of all information received, and to safeguard the interests of all involved persons. All data provided is processed in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.

If you would prefer not to use our reporting tool, you may send your concerns:

The whistleblowing report (message) can only be investigated if it contains sufficient information. Allianz Partners has a right to request from you your identification details (at least your name and/or an e-mail address) and additional information in order to investigate the misconduct (including the proving and confirming documents). Allianz Partners will investigate misconduct promptly and appropriately through trained personnel following appropriate procedures including a formal investigation process. The process of the assessment of the allegations disclosed in the whistleblowing report and investigation steps are defined in the AzP Investigation Protocol.

The submitted non-anonymous whistleblowing report will be processed and the appropriate confirmation will be provided to the whistleblower within 7 days.

The follow-up to the whistleblowing report with information regarding the actions taken by Allianz Partners will be provided within 3 months of confirmation date. In individual cases, especially when the reported concern is complex and requires intensive investigation, feedback will be provided after 6 months of the confirmation date. When the allegations are unsubstantiated or when the report is no longer applicable, the case (report) can be closed. In this case, the whistleblower must be informed in writing of the closure of the case.
