If you are a fully vaccinated Singapore resident, you can now visit 16 countries via the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) scheme without serving quarantine (other requirements may apply). These countries are Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and South Korea. As entry requirements remain fluid, please always check the relevant authorities’ websites when planning your trip.
To be considered fully vaccinated, you must have had two doses of any vaccine approved by the WHO, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson. Those who have recovered from Covid-19 (proof required) and have had a single vaccine dose are also considered "vaccinated" under the VTL scheme. You cannot travel until 14 days have elapsed since vaccination (28 days for Johnson & Johnson).
Travel insurance with selected Covid-19 cover*
You will need to purchase travel insurance with Covid-19 coverage in order to travel via the VTL scheme. Short-term VTL travellers must be insured for COVID-19-related medical costs to the minimum sum stipulated by the destination country in question.
